The Denver Arthritis Clinic is pleased to announce that David DeFrancisco, MD joined the clinic in September 2024.
He completed his rheumatology fellowship at the University of Colorado where he has gained expertise in managing a wide array of rheumatologic conditions. Prior to his fellowship, he worked as a hospitalist for several years in both Pennsylvania and North Carolina.
His approach to patient care is rooted in compassion and treating each patient as a unique individual. He strives to foster a trusting and collaborative relationship with his patients and to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
During his fellowship, he completed training in musculoskeletal ultrasound and obtained certification from the American College of Rheumatology, enabling him to effectively utilize ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatic diseases.
Outside of medicine, he enjoys fly fishing and hunting. He cherishes exploring all that the Colorado mountains have to offer with his wife and 3 young kids.
