I joined the Denver Arthritis Clinic in 2015. Prior to this, I completed my rheumatology fellowship and was selected as chief fellow at New York University School of Medicine. I then joined private practice in Manhattan while also serving as teaching faculty at NYU. The exceptional reputation of the DAC and the draw of Colorado life prompted me to move to Denver with my three children.
I realized early on that I chose a career for which I have great passion. Rheumatology requires a wealth of knowledge that is rapidly expanding with the ever increasing understanding of the diseases we diagnose and treat, and the development of new therapies. Most of all, I feel fortunate and privileged to have the opportunity to develop ongoing relationships with my patients. I provide comprehensive rheumatology care and have a special interest in treating all types of inflammatory arthritis, utilizing musculoskeletal ultrasound to assist with diagnosis and procedures.
My second passion in medicine is providing care in international settings. These travels have taken me to Africa, the Middle East and Haiti.
